Always have a hard time talking to agents but Nam and his staff we Amazing, very helpful, explained everything to make sure I understood what I was getting and what I wanted. It was nice being able to talk to someone instead of a computer! Always reassured me that if I needed anything or didn’t understand something to let them know! Very friendly, polite!
