He was honest and concise in answering my questions, and he was expeditious and didn't waste my time. He got me exactly the policy I was asking for without any pressure for something more, and it was a great price. It's unfortunate that consumers like myself have learned to expect frustration in dealing with insurance agents, but I was very pleasantly surprised by Brett!
